My Bio
I graduated from Arizona State University in May 2010 with a degree in Graphic Design. I’m still working on adjusting to life as a real adult instead of a student and although sometimes I miss the college life, I don’t think I will ever find myself missing the many stressful late nights spent trying to complete a project!
Design and branding is a major part of me and who I am! I've found myself distracted while driving almost every single time I go somewhere because I am looking at logos on store fronts and restaurants or semis and delivery trucks. Every commercial on TV makes me wonder, “How many long hours and bad ideas spent in a room with a creative team did it take before they come up with this great, or sometimes horrible, new idea?” And while most people go to a restaurant, pick up a menu and start thinking about what they are going to order, I look through a menu, front to back, and think about how it could be better laid out or which typeface could be better used for legibility. It is almost as though design has gone beyond a career choice to way of living my life... And I don’t think I would have it any other way!
I am looking forward to new opportunities to continue working on great projects with fun clients and to keep expanding as a designer.
